Learn a second language, and you too one day could:
Have people incessantly question your motives for learning that language.
Experience emotions on a whole new, multilingual level of intense.
Become increasingly reliant on hand gestures to make yourself understood.
Forget words and/or concepts in your native language.
Have people roll their eyes at you, because the previous point is a massive cliche.
The same people will also ask you to translate random shit for them for their own entertainment.
You will return the eye rolling when they bring up Google Translate.
Feel like a superstar when all your hard work studying grammar and cramming vocabulary starts to pay off 😎
